ANEL and CO for Technical Services Contracting CO ("Improovy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our AI-powered construction estimation platform at
improovy.ae and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you register.
- Profile information: when you connect your Facebook/Meta account, we receive your public profile, name, and email address as permitted by your Meta privacy settings.
- Project data: construction project details, scope descriptions, measurements, and cost inputs you enter to generate estimates.
- Voice and text input: spoken or typed job scope descriptions you provide to generate estimates.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
We also automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our AI construction estimation Services.
- Create and manage your account.
- Process and respond to your requests and inquiries.
- Send you service-related notifications and updates.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

3. Facebook / Meta Login
Our platform offers login through Facebook (a Meta service). When you choose to connect via Facebook:
- We receive your basic public profile information (name, profile picture, email) as authorised by you during the OAuth flow.
- We do not post to your Facebook timeline or access your friends list without your explicit consent.
- You can revoke our access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook App Settings.
- Our use of information received from Facebook complies with Meta's Platform Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: when required by UAE law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit permission.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8). We may retain certain information as required by UAE law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
