• Profile information: when you connect your Facebook/Meta account, we receive your public profile, name, and email address as permitted by your Meta privacy settings.
• Project data: construction project details, scope descriptions, measurements, and cost inputs you enter to generate estimates.
• Voice and text input: spoken or typed job scope descriptions you provide to generate estimates.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team.

We also automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our AI construction estimation Services.
• Create and manage your account.
• Process and respond to your requests and inquiries.
• Send you service-related notifications and updates.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our platform.
• Comply with legal obligations under UAE law.
• Analyse usage trends to enhance user experience.

3. Facebook / Meta Login

Our platform offers login through Facebook (a Meta service). When you choose to connect via Facebook:

• We receive your basic public profile information (name, profile picture, email) as authorised by you during the OAuth flow.
• We do not post to your Facebook timeline or access your friends list without your explicit consent.
• You can revoke our access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook App Settings.
• Our use of information received from Facebook complies with Meta's Platform Policy.

4. Google Account Connections (Business Profile & Google Ads)

For business clients who ask us to manage their online presence, we offer the option to connect their Google account so that we can manage their Google Business Profile and Google Ads on their behalf. When you connect through Google's OAuth flow and grant the requested permissions:

• Google Business Profile (business.manage scope): we access and manage your business listing information — such as name, address, phone, hours, categories, description, photos, reviews and posts — to keep your profile accurate and optimised.
• Google Ads (adwords scope): we access your advertising account to read campaign performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) for reporting, and to create and manage the lead-generation campaigns you have asked us to run.
• We access only the accounts you explicitly connect, act solely on your behalf, and store the resulting authorisation tokens in encrypted form.
• You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Improovy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the services you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: when required by UAE law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
• With your consent: for any other purpose with your explicit permission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9). We may retain certain information as required by UAE law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyse platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the platform.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To request deletion of your data, please visit our Data Deletion page or contact us at davran@improovy.ae.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
