Data Deletion Request

At Improovy, you have full control over your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your data from our platform, including data collected through Facebook / Meta login.

What data will be deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
Any Facebook / Meta login association and tokens
Construction project data and estimates you have created
Voice and text inputs submitted to the platform
Usage history and activity logs linked to your account

Note: We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable data for service improvement purposes, and certain records where required by UAE law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

How to request deletion

Choose one of the following methods:

Option 1 — Request by email Recommended

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to:

Please include: your full name, the email address linked to your account, and (if applicable) your Facebook User ID.

Option 2 — Revoke Facebook access

If you logged in via Facebook, you can revoke Improovy's access directly from your Facebook settings:

Go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Find Improovy in the list and click Remove.
This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To also delete data already collected, please send an email using Option 2 above.

Processing timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days in compliance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
